Big upgrade from the non floater rotor. Just did the rotor and pads on the e38, looks like the front left caliper was stuck since I had a smoke show.

I had to replace the front right caliper on my E38 just 2 months ago for the same reason. Much better now.

along with new rotors and pads on the front axle, and new snow tires all around, it’s ready for the winter

The left side is running the old rotor and pads for now. No store had a caliper on the weekend and my spare calipers are surprisingly missing. I have a new center steering link and tie rod ends coming in, so this car will be less sketchy. Are you running style 5s on snow tires? Everyone does that.

Can you put ceramic brakes on that car? Or does the car have to come with them? I’m fascinated by ceramic brakes, as expensive as they are.
